As an Account Manager at Busby Finance, it will be your responsibility to manage and maintain our company’s critical relationships, including the long-term relationships that we have with our lenders and customers.
An Account Manager must have excellent communication and multitasking skills and must use these abilities to keep our customers for as long as possible, ensuring that we are their first point of call whenever a finance need arises.
Account Managers will oversee new business leads, provide ongoing support for active deals, operate as a point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communicating our customer needs and demands to our lender panel. You will also be required to identify opportunities to grow business, servicing multiple accounts concurrently and meeting deadlines. Keeping record of communication with customers and contacts on the CRM and coordinating with any other co-workers and support staff involved in your accounts to ensure a consistent service. Other tasks may include project management, strategic planning, and marketing.
